Price matching
- As of July 11, 2024, Steven Land offers a 7-day window (starting from order delivery date) for price matching or adjustments to be received for store credit only.

- Steven Land releases Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Collections each year. There is only the initial stock for these collections. If you see a style that you like in your size, grab it while it's available.

Refunds and Returns
What items are final sale?
Final Sale items include:
- Gift cards
- Crystal ties or crystal bowties
- Crystal shirts
- Items from sale/clearance or bought on promotional sale
What is your return window?
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase was made, unfortunately we can no longer provide a refund.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
- Orders placed after October 14, 2024, require a 9% restocking fee on all return shirts.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return request is approved, we will email you a shipping label.
- Both the shipping and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your return or exchange amount.
- Please note, we do not refund the cost associated with shipping and taxes on the initial order.
How do I start the return/exchange process?

My item arrived damaged or is the wrong product
- Our orders are fulfilled by humans so mistakes happen occasionally, please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
- Thank you for understanding that photos are required in order for us to assist you further.
my order was automatically canceled and refunded
- In rare events, items may sell out so fast our inventory system cannot keep up, resulting in an order being placed for a product we no longer have.
- We will notify you of this situation via email and cancel/refund your order.
- We also immediately cancel and restock orders that are marked High Risk by Shopify for fraud purposes. Please reach out to [email protected] if you believe this is the case.
What is the timeline for refunds and returns to be completed?
- To process a return or exchange, please note that we will only send out the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once we verify its condition, we’ll proceed with the exchange order or refund process.
- The full return and exchange timeline can take up to 14 business days.
- Please keep this in mind, if you need an item for an event.

How do I track my order?
- You should receive a shipping confirmation email 1-2 business days after placing your order, including your package tracking number and carrier.

Do you ship to p.o. boxes?
- Yes, we do. Please select USPS at checkout for all P.O. Boxes.
Does Steven Land offer free shipping?
- Steven Land offers free shipping on orders $125+ before tax
How long does it take to ship my order?
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. After your order is processed, shipping can take 1-7 business days for domestic orders, and 7-18 business days for international orders depending on the method you chose at checkout (express, expedited, or standard).
- To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time (EST) on a business day. Orders placed after this time or on a weekend will be processed on the following business day.
What if my package is returned to sender?
- Steven Land is not responsible for packages returned to sender.
- We will notify you if your order is sent back to our warehouse but customers are responsible for shipping cost or we can restock and refund the order. Please double check the shipping address at checkout to prevent this.
Does Steven Land offer international shipping?
- We use DHL for international purchases
Can I make changes to or cancel my order once placed?
- We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made after an order is placed.
- Contact [email protected] as soon as possible to see if there is time to change or cancel your order.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered?
- Steven Land provides tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.
- We first recommend reaching out to neighbors to check if it was mis-delivered.
- Lastly, please email [email protected] for further support. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Hats
Shipping
- Hats come with complimentary hat box(es) depending on the amount ordered. Shipping for these hat boxes is usually a bit more but the value of our hat boxes are around $20 USD. They are custom made to fit your hat(s) perfectly and proper storage will ensure longevity.

- Please be advised, the number of complimentary hat boxes will vary on the size of the hat(s) and quantity of hat(s) purchased.
- Hats bought before Fall of 2023 are not eligible for boxes.
